| Dear Patrick, Several months ago, Jay, artisan at Floor Color Center, completely renovated our fifty year old bathroom and more recently, replaced fireplace tile in the familyroom. You had expressed total confidence in Jay's talent as a tile master, but we very much would be remiss if we did not put in writing our appreciation of his talent as a true artisan but also someone who passionately cares about what he is creating. Jay worked very diligently to understand our exact wants and needs and the completion of both projects were nothing less than absolutely "beautiful". He understood what he was creating was something we would be living in and enjoying for a very long time. Jay's communication skills was probably pressed to the "nth" degree with Bob's questions, concerns and time, but he pursued solutions repeatedly to our repuests. Jay was also wonderful to work with and pleasant to have in our home over the duration of three weeks. We can onlly hope we do another renovation with Jay by our side! Dear Jim: I can't begin to tell you how pleased my husband and I are with our new flooring, so it was cerainly a very pleasant 'bonus' to receive your generous gift caqrd and then the beautiful flowers. In this day and age, we're not accustomed to dealing with stores that actually send thank-you gifts to their customers. It's easy to understand now, why our neighbors so highly recommended you store to us! We can't THANK YOU enough for the beautiful job your men did installing our new carpeting and wood flooring. We never felt pressured into making an immediate decision, and we're so grateful that you took so much time to research the carpeting and wood that we were looking for (and allowed us to bring home so many samples!). The carpeting you located for our master bedroom turned out to be an exact color match and I couldn't be happier! You also helped us find the perfect wood flooring to complement our furniture in the living room and my husband and I are so pleased with the selection. We simply couldn't be happier customers and completely delighted with our purchase. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you store to our neighbors and friends and certainly wish you continued success.
